  • New and Easier RUNet & IAS Password Rules Starting Oct. 3
    Starting October 3, Rockefeller is switching from passwords to more secure (and easier to remember) passphrases that don't require special symbols or complex rules. The next time you reset your RUNet or IAS password on or after this date, you will need to switch to a passphrase.

  • DNASTAR Lasergene version 9.1 now available for download
    DNASTAR has released version 9.1 of Lasergene which is now Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion) compatible. Users who wish to install Lasergene may register and download from IT’s web site. The downloaded zip file will contain the PC or Mac installer and a new user interface that allows users to launch Lasergene software from one main screen called the Navigator. The Navigator also has an integrated help menu and links to DNASTAR’s webpage including getting started and installation guides. The license information will be displayed after the registration and confirmation pages.

  • Wednesday mornings from 7:45 to 9 are reserved for non-emergency server maintenance as required. Affected network resources may become unavailable.
